Whole Body Cryotherapy (WBCT)
With WBC, clients step into our open top CryoSauna for a period of 0.5 to 3 minutes. The extreme cold covering the whole body creates a systemic physiological response.
WBCT is the ideal option for achieving the benefits of Cryo-stimulation throughout the whole body.
SleekSculpt™
This complex cosmetic and therapeutic treatment detoxifies the body while effectively reduces cellulite. The skin becomes smoother and firmer, there is a noticeable reduction in oedemas and an instant slimming effect on the body after just one treatment. Significant reduction is waist, hip and thigh circumference can be expected after a course of treatments.
The treatment includes 4 processes (a 5th if Cryotherapy is included)
1. Exfoliation
The skin (legs up to waist) is exfoliated to assist with absorption of further products.
2. Cryotherapy (optional)
If Cryotherapy is added, it is performed at this stage. Five areas are targeted with local cryotherapy. This hyper stimulates the respective areas, increasing blood blood-flow through vasodilation and speeding up metabolism and other cellular activities. The process improves the oxygenation and nourishment of skin cells as well as strengthens collagen and elastin fibres making the skin visibly firmer and more elastic.
3. Body wrapping with Cellulite balm
A cellulite balm with highly stimulatory properties are applied to the skin. The process is followed with body wrapping to keep the balm active for the duration of the treatment.
4. Powerful wave-flow lymphatic drainage massage
Here we use a state of the art computerised compression device. This device is the only one in the world using lymphatic drainage according to the technique invented by the Dutch technician Emil Vodder. The device offer individually controlled pressured sleeve chambers which is controlled with a computer using algoriths specific to each application. It stimulates blood and lymph circulation, quickens the process of waste elimination, detoxifies and enhances the body’s immune system while improving oxygenation and nourishment of the tissues. The pressure massage which applies sequential pressure to targeted areas firms the skin and effectively removes retained fluid waste.
5. Manual Massage
The final stage of the procedure is a short manual massage using rich nourishing product. This gentle massage calms the skin and restores its natural tone.

Local Cryotherapy Services
While WBCT achieves systemic responses, there is still a need to focus on specific injuries. Local cryotherapy is used to target specific areas more intensively. It has also proven to be extremely effective when used in conjunction with WBCT.
With Local cryotherapy, pressured liquid nitrogen vapour is sprayed directly onto the injured area. The skin temperature is reduced from about 25˚C to 5˚C, which takes approximately 3 min for an area of 5cm x 5cm. Immediately after the treatment the skin temperature increases to approximately 29˚C as the stimulating responses take place.
Local Cryotherapy is applied by our extensively trained Physiotherapist. Treatments are always preceded by an initial assessment to ensure the correct approach is followed.

Physiotherapy
Many of the conditions that cryotherapy has shown to benefit are complimented by Physiotherapy. Mobilization and movement therapy is known to be one of the most effective treatments of these conditions but are hindered by pain, inflammation and spasms. Cryotherapy offers a 4-hour window period to do further work on an area with significantly reduced pain. The responses caused by the initial cryotherapy also amplifies the benefits of the further treatments.
Rehabilitation programs are structured on an individualized basis. It includes Whole Body or Local Cryotherapy followed by either physiotherapy and/or movement therapy.

Compression Therapy applied by Physiotherapist
Through the use of our state of the art computerised compression equipment, powerful sequential massaging is performed. The treatment follows E. Vodder Lymphatic drainage technique. The treatment is used for the following applications:

Inversion Table Treatment
For optimal benefits inversion table treatments should follow a Whole Body Cryotherapy session. This protocol was borrowed from the famous international training camp in Europe called SPALA. Their sport scientist formulated the approach based on the fact that WBCT deeply relaxes the back muscles, which allows inversion therapy to straighten the spine more effectively. Spine alignment has shown to offer athletes improved performance.
